• FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS: In order to book your appointment a credit card will be required to secure your session. In the event that you book your appointment and do not show or cancel, your card will be charged automatically $25. Once you Book Online you will receive an email shortly after, it will be your client form, General Release of Liability Form and medical history form. Please check your spam folder incase it’s not in your inbox. Forms are mobile friendly.  Forms are due upon receipt. All services require Credit Card information to be entered in to hold your Appointment as Part of our Policy. There is No Exception for this. Your Card is not charged  nor is there a hold on your card unless you are to cancel the same day or do not show to your Appointment. You will than be charged $25 to rebook. At the day of your appointment if you wish to pay with another card or cash you can or change your method of payment.
• South Florida Laser Studio Does not have any advertising coupons that includes your touch up session for Permanent Makeup. All touch ups are a separate fee. This also means if you have any prior microblading, microshading, powder brows or any form of old tattooing on your eyebrows from the past your coupon is not valid! If you already purchased your coupon please give us a call so we can discuss other pricing options. Our Policy Applies to this as well. No exceptions.

South Florida Laser Studio does not tolerate lateness. If you are more then 10 minutes late for your appointment you will have to reschedule and it will be considered a no show. It’s important you are on time so the other scheduled clients are taken on time as well. If you are running under 10 minutes late please call and text 561-975-3807 to let us know. We DO NOT ALLOW GUEST. ALL SERVICES/SALES ARE FINAL ONCE SERVICES ARE RENDERED.
