Appointment Policies:
Credit Card Requirement:
All appointments require a credit card on file to secure your session. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, a fee will be charged to your card automatically.

Full Body Packages (Effective January 1, 2025):
For clients with full-body packages, cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a $50 rebooking fee. For all other services, the standard $25 fee applies.

Booking Process:
After booking online, you will receive an email with your client form, General Release of Liability Form, and medical history form. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. All forms are mobile-friendly and must be completed upon receipt.

Payment Options:
On the day of your appointment, you may choose to pay with a different card or cash if preferred. If the same-day cancellation or no-show policy applies, your card on file will be charged the appropriate fee.

Punctuality Policy:
Lateness will not be tolerated, and there is no grace period for late arrivals. If you are late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a no-show. Please call or text 561.975.3807 if you are running late, and we will do our best to accommodate you without affecting other scheduled clients.

No Guests Policy:
We do not allow guests during your appointment to ensure a safe and focused environment.

Final Sale Policy:
All services and sales are final once rendered.
